Today, we're diving into a fan favorite: Piri Piri Wings with our signature Tropical Piri Piri Sauce!
This recipe is simple, savory, and incredibly satisfying.
Piri Piri Wings Recipe

| Jumbo Wings | 8 |
| Tropical Piri Piri Sauce | $\frac{1}{2}$ cup (or your preferred Piri Piri flavor) |
| Additional Sauce | As desired |
The Magic is in the Marinade!

Prep: Thoroughly wash and pat dry the wings.

Marinate: Place the wings in a container, add half a cup of Piri Piri sauce, and mix until every wing is coated.

Chill: Cover the container and store it in the refrigerator for 24 hours. This ensures maximum flavor penetration!
Cook to Perfection

Preheat & Rest: Remove the wings from the refrigerator and place them on a rack. Let them stand at room temperature for 10 to 15 minutes while you preheat your oven to 380°F (195°C).

Bake: Place the rack in the preheated oven and cook for 20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

Caramelize: Open the oven, baste the wings with any remaining marinade or fresh sauce, and continue cooking for an additional 5 minutes at a slightly higher temperature until the wings are beautifully caramelized and sticky.
Serve and Savor
Take the wings out, give them a final toss, and add any additional Piri Piri sauce as desired for an extra kick!
